Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Please notify me with a MINIMUM of 24 hours , when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
Anything with less than 24 hour notice (or no notice at all) will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of your service, or loss of deposit if one was made. This fee must be paid before rebooking your appointment.
There are no refunds or repurposing of ANY deposits for miss appointments with less than 24 hour notice.
Refund Policy:
Unfortunately there are no refunds on any services that have been performed.
If you are dissatisfied with anything please reach out within 24-48 hours after your appointment with any issues or concerns with your service. I am always more than happy to fix anything i can, free of charge.
